Modeling and Simulink of Speed Control for BLDC Motor for Electric Vehicles Applications
Implementation Plan:
————————–
Step 1: Initially, we construct a Electric Vehicle Simulink model with BLDC motor control with PWM,1st and 2nd order SMCs.
Step 2: Next, we simulate and collect speed, phase currents, torque and voltage.
Step 3: Then, we detect 1st‑order and 2nd‑order SMC gains (c, p) using nonlinear error dynamics algorithm based on collected data.
Step 4: Next, we implement PWM duty mapping and anti‑chattering strategies for both SMCs based on the measured current data.
Step 5: Next, we detect variations under load and reference conditions using the collected torque and voltage data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following:
6.1: Time vs. Speed (rpm)
6.2: Time vs. Settling time
6.3: Time vs. Torque (N·m)
6.4: Time vs. Current (A)

——
1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance.
2) Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
3) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
4) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
5) Project based on Simulation only.
