Modeling and Simulink of Image Registration of Optical Mapping Data for Cardiac Analysis

Implementation plan:

Step 1: Initially, we load Pig_Evolve.npy file as dataset.

Step 2: Then, we register images using B-spline based Medical Image registration technique.

Step 3: Next, we pre-process the registered images to measure similarities.

Step 4: Next, we perform the Transformation and deformation process to optically make frames for analyze the images.

Step 5: Next, we implement the Gradient Descent algorithm to optimize the images.

Step 6: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:

6.1: Number of Epochs vs. Accuracy (%)

6.2: Number of Epochs vs. Precision(%)

6.3: Number of Epochs vs. F1_score(%)

6.4: Number of Epochs Vs. Recall(%)

Software Requirements:
