Modeling and Simulink of Charge Prediction Study of Vanadium Redox Flow Battery

Implementation plan:
—————————

Scenario 1 -> Using ANFIS:
——————————–

Step 1: Initially, We constructed a VRFB BESS with grid Simulink Model.

Step 2: Then, we simulate the VRFB under charging/discharging profiles and collect data voltage, current, load, temperature, flow and SOC.

Step 3: Next, we train the collected data using ANFIS technique.

Step 4: Next, we predict the SOC estimation based on collected data.

Step 5: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:

5.1 : Time vs. Current (A)

5.2 : Time vs. Voltage (V)

5.3 : Time vs. SOC (%)

5.4 : RMSE vs. Temperature (degC)

5.5 : RMSE vs. Electrolyte Flow Rate

Scenario 2 -> Using ANN:

Step 2: Then, we simulate the VRFB under charging/discharging profiles and collect data voltage, current, load, temperature, flow and SOC.

Step 3: Next, we train the collected data using ANN (Artificial Neural Network) Algorithm.

Step 4: Next, we predict the SOC estimation based on collected data.

Step 5: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:

5.1 : Time vs. Current (A)

5.2 : Time vs. Voltage (V)

Scenario 3 -> Using ANFIS with ANN Model:
—————————————————-

Step 1: Initially, We constructed a VRFB BESS with grid Simulink Model.

Step 2: Then, we simulate the VRFB under charging/discharging profiles and collect data voltage, current, load, temperature, flow and SOC.

Step 3: Next, we train the collected data using a hybrid model by combining ANFIS with ANN (Artificial Neural Network) Algorithm.

1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance. Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.

2) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.

3) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.

4) Project based on Simulation only.
