Modeling and Simulink of Channel Modeling and Prediction in Free Space Optical Communication System
Implementation plan
—————————
Step 1: Initially, we constructed a Free Space Optical (FSO) Communication System model with physical channel modeling configurations.
Step 2: Then, we Simulate and collect simulated datasets under diverse atmospheric turbulence conditions to enhance generalization and robustness.
Step 3: Next, we Implement Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) coding to mitigate channel impairments and prepare data for end-to-end joint optimization.
Step 4: Next, we Develop a Conditional Physics-Informed Generative Adversarial Network (cPI-GAN) to predict FSO channel conditions and leveraging physical constraints based on collected data.
Step 5: Next, we Perform joint optimization of the cPI-GAN, LDPC, and Adaptive Optics (AO) modules to improve overall performance and channel reliability.
Step 6: Next, we Integrate a closed-loop GAN-driven AO control mechanism to proactively compensate for turbulence distortions during transmissions based on collected data.
Step 7: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following:
7.1: R-score Graph
7.2: FSO Length (km) vs OSNR (dB)
7.3: FSO Length (km) vs BER (dB)
7.4: FSO Length (km) vs Q-Factor (dB)
7.5: FSO Length (km) vs Received Power (dBm)
7.6: FSO Length (km) vs Capacity Gain (bps/Hz)
7.7: SNR (dB) vs Outage Probability (%)
7.8: Actual Channel Distribution (KL Divergence) Graph

Note:
1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance. Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
2) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
3) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
4) Project based on Simulation only.
