Modeling and Simulation of DFIG wind turbine Using STSM Controller with MPPT
Implementation Plan:
Step 1: Initially, we constructed the Simulink model of the DFIG wind turbine system with a grid and PI controller.
Step 2: Then, we integrate STSM controller and SSA MPPT algorithm in the model for stability and fast response.
Step 2: Then, we simulate the model and collect rotor speed, voltage, current, torque, and power data .
Step 4: Next, we analyze the SSA MPPT algorithm generated optimal reference values for rotor speed/torque based on collected data.
Step 5: Then, we analyze dynamic response, voltage regulation, current control, and torque ripple based on collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics vs. Time:

Software Requirements:
1. Development Tool: MATLAB R2023a/Simulink or above
2. Operating System: Windows-10 (64-bit) or above
