Performance Analysis of Multi UAV and IRS Collaboration for Dynamic Spectrum
Implementation plan:
Step 1: Initially, we will create an environment with 50 Users,3 UAV, 3 IRS and 3 base stations.
Step 2: Then, we estimate the channel using Orthogonal Matching Markov Chain Monte Carlo Pursuit (OMCMCP) hybrid approach.
Step 3: Next, we perform dynamic spectrum allocation using Dynamic Multi-Agent Resource Optimization Framework (DMROF) approach.
Step 4: Next, we implement Block Coordinate Descent (BCD) with Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) for optimal Multi-UAV trajectories and IRS phase shifts.
Step 5: Next, we optimize UAVs trajectories using Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS) communication system.
Step 6: Next, we implement physical layer security (PLS) with Artificial Noise (AN) to enhance the security and privacy of the system.
Step 7: Next, we maximize the performance of IRS-enabled communication systems and Multi-UAVs using feed loop framework based on reinforcement learning.
Step 8: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
8.1: Number of users vs. spectral efficiency (bits/s/Hz)
8.2: Number of UAV vs. energy consumption (J)
8.3: Time (s) vs minimum data rate (Mbps)
8.4: SINR Threshold (dB) vs. SINR coverage (%)
8.5: User Density vs. Throughput (Mbps)
8.6: UAV Altitude (m) vs. Coverage Area (km²)
8.7: Energy Efficiency vs. Time (s)
8.8: No. Of Episode Vs. Training Accuracy(%)
8.9: Computational complexity(ms)
