Implementation Plan:

Step 1: Initially, we will construct a 5G NR ISAC network using 1 gNBs, 1 sensing target, and 10 UEs and 5G Toolbox.
Step 2: Then, we generate standardized PRS-based OFDM waveforms and collect received echo data using a configurable RCS-based reflection model.
Step 3: Next, we analyze ISAC channel modeling including path loss, Doppler shift, multipath fading, and additive noise based on collected data.
Step 4: Next, we apply range and velocity estimation algorithms (FFT-based PRS radar processing with multi-frame enhancement) on the sensing data.
Step 5: Next, we optimize sensing performance by tuning PRS comb size, symbol configuration, and fractional FFT factors based on collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
6.1: SNR (dB) vs. Range estimation RMSE (m)
6.2: SNR (dB) vs. Velocity estimation RMSE (m/s)
6.3: SNR (dB) vs. Communication throughput (Mbps)
6.4: SNR (dB) vs. Detection probability (%)
6.5: SNR (dB) vs. Sensing accuracy (%)
