Modeling and Simulink of Harmonic State Three Phase Modular Multilevel Converter
Implementation Plan:
—————————
Step 1:Initially, we construct a three-phase modular multilevel converter (MMC) model with a closed-loop voltage control structure.
Step 2: Then, we simulate the model and collect simulated current, voltage and power data.
Step 3: Next, we analyze the steady-state harmonic behavior of internal MMC variables by processing the collected data and evaluating harmonic components using harmonic state-space representation equations.
Step 4: Next, we analyze small-signal dynamic behavior of the MMC under closed-loop AC voltage control by time-domain responses and harmonic-domain responses based on collected data.
Step 5: Next, we analyze harmonic coupling, dynamic harmonic interaction, and stability characteristics of the MMC using harmonic transfer function analysis based on the collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we evaluate performance metrics for the following:
6.1: Time Vs. Voltage
6.2: Time Vs. Current
6.3: Time Vs. Power
6.4: Time Vs. Circulating Current

1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance.
2) Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
3) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
4) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
5) Project based on Simulation only.
