Modeling and Simulink of Bread Baking System Automation with Sensor Integration and PLC Control
Implementation plan:

Step 1; Initially, we constructed a Bread Baking System with sensor and PLC Control.
Step 2: Then, we collect sensors and actuators data from the system.
Step 3: Next, we analyze the configuration of PLC data using sensors and actuators data.
Step 4: Next, we design a PLC ladder diagram using temperature monitoring and machine error handling logics.
Step 5: Next, we detect machine error and bin full condition using blower activation and dual-mode buzzer alert logics.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following
6.1: Time vs. Oven Temperature (°C)
6.2: Time Vs Bread Count (units)
6.3: Time vs. Buzzer Activation Duration (seconds)
