Modeling and Simulink of Renewable Assisted Smart Microgrid System
Step 1: Initially, we constructed the microgrid with generators, wind farm, Fault block, BESS and PV system.
Step 2: Then, we simulate and collect voltages, currents, SOC, power flows and load data
Step 3: Next, we analyze load flow, fault responses, BESS charge–discharge patterns, and microgrid operating conditions based on collected data.
Step 4: Next, we detect forecasted data and system constraints of VPP peak-shaving using MILP formulations based on collected data .
Step 5: Next, we perform optimal scheduling trends, DG usage, storage dynamics to analyze DSM impacts based on collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot and compare performance metrics for the following

6.3: Time vs. State-of-Charge (%)
6.4: Time vs. Load (kwh)
