Implementation Plan:
************************
Step 1: Initially, we construct the OECT device structure and mesh discretization model.
Step 2: Then, we preprocess the device parameters by initializing ionic concentration, diffusion coefficients, mobility values, dielectric constants, and applied bias conditions for source, drain, and gate terminals.
Step 3: Next, we solve the governing equations including the Nernst–Planck diffusion equation for ion transport and Poisson’s equation for electrostatic potential inside the OECT channel.
Step 4: Then, we solve the coupled nonlinear equations numerically using Finite Difference Method (FDM) to obtain ion distribution and potential profile.
Step 5: After that, we compute device electrical behavior by calculating Boundary conditions such as channel current from ionic flux.
Step 6: Finally, we plot C–V characteristics, Id–Vg curves, and Id–Vd curves.

1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance. Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
2) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
3) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
4) Project based on Simulation only.
