Implementation Plan:

Step 1: Initially, the model consists of a PV panel, Fuzzy Logic with MPPT Flyback controller, PI-controlled Buck boost converter with PWM, Lithium-ion battery model, and SOC limit logic (85% charging and 15% discharging) in Simulink.
Step 2: Then, we simulate the model and collect voltage, current, power and SOC data.
Step 3: Next, we analyze charging and discharging behavior at SOC limits based on the collected data.
Step 4: Next, we analyze MPPT tracking performance and boost converter effectiveness based on collected data.
Step 5: Next, we analyze PI-controlled buck converter performance and voltage stabilization effectiveness based on the collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
6.1 : Time vs Voltage (V)
6.2 : Time vs Current (A)
6.3 : Time vs Power (W)
6.4 : Time vs State of Charge (%)
Software Requirements:
