Modeling and Simulation of LVRT & HVRT Grid Tied PMSG Wind Energy
Implementation Plan:
Step 1: Initially, we will construct the grid-tied PMSG wind energy system model in Simulink with LVRT and HVRT Capabilities
Step 2: Then, we integrate the Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) in the model.
Step 3: Next, we simulate the system to collect data such as voltage, current, power, rotor speed and torque.
Step 4: Next, we analyze grid disturbance conditions like symmetrical fault, asymmetrical fault, voltage swell, and parameter variations based on collected data.
Step 5: Then, we analyze disturbance rejection, and power quality based on collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following:
6.1: Time vs Voltage (V)
6.2: Time vs Current (A)
6.3: Time vs Power (Kw)
6.4: Time vs Rotor Speed (rad/s)
6.5: Time vs Electromagnetic Torque (Nm)
Software Requirements:
1. Development Tool: MATLAB R2023a/Simulink or above
2. Operating System: Windows-10 (64-bit) or above
