Step 5: Next, we implement Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve their quality of leadership.
Step 6: Next, we perform effective decision-making using Transformational Leadership.
Step 7: Finally, we plot graph for the following metrics:

7.2: Leadership Quality Index vs. Resource Utilization Efficiency (%)
7.3: Training Hours for Staff vs. Student Employability Rate (%)
