Performance Analysis of landslide Hazard Zonation and vulnerability Assessment in Remote Sensing
Implementation Plan:
************************
Step 1: Initially, we will collect and load the Landslide Dataset.
Step 2: Then, we will preprocess the collected data for image resampling and cropping to enhance input quality using ArcGIS filtering and DEM-based slope unit extraction.
Step 3: Next, we will integrate the DF-Boost Net model and integrate CGBoost (CrossGAT + XGBoost), CNN, and Deep Forest to enhance landslide susceptibility prediction accuracy. CNN extracts spatial features, DF trains the data, and CGBoost links slope-related factors for robust early hazard detection based on collected data.
Step 4: Next, we will analyze the hazard zones using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Geographic Information System (GIS), and logistic regression based on collected data.
Step 5: Next, we will use the previous process output to estimate losses through mean damage ratio, identifying past impacts to predict future vulnerabilities by using a heuristic method based on collected data.
Step 6: Next, we will calculate the risk by combining hazard zone indices with vulnerability-based losses to estimate future landslide impact and guide mitigation planning based on collected data.
Step 7: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
7.1: Number of Epochs vs. Accuracy (%)
7.2: Number of Epochs vs. Precision (%)
7.3: Number of Epochs vs. Recall (%)
7.4: Number of Epochs vs. F1-score (%)
7.5: Number of Samples vs. Risk ratio (%)

1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance. Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
2) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
3) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
4) Project based on Simulation only.
