Implementation Plan:

Step 1: We implement Demand Forecasting and decision making by defining Gated Recurrent Unit with Genetic Algorithm and Shallow Neural Network (GRU-GA-SNN) contract.
Step 2: Next we implement End to End Traceability using Drug Regulatory Authority with Proof of Authority (DRA-PoA) Mechanism.
Step 3: Next we manage the inventory products by implementing the R,s,S policy with Whale Optimization.
Step 4: Then, we develop smart contracts for secure drug data management.
Step 5: Next, we Implement Vehicle Routing Problem with the Time Window and Dijkstra Algorithm to transport data securely.
Step 6: Then, we define contracts for each entity such as Raw Material Producer, Manufacturer, Retailer, Distributor, Pharmacist, and Customer.
Step 7: At last we deploy each contract on Remix IDE.
