Step 1: Initially, we develop a MATLAB-based machining productivity analysis model using Camshaft Gear production data with 43, 110, and 50 job configurations.Step 2: Then, we collect and preprocess process time, non-process time, and total cycle time data to identify bottlenecks and idle time.
Step 3: Next, we analyze workstation flow, machine utilization, and production throughput based on collected data.
Step 4: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following:
