Step 1: Initially, we will construct a grid-forming inverters model in Simulink including voltage source inverter system, battery energy storage system, load, and grid connection.
Step 2: Then, we integrate the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) controller into the constructed model to generate the voltage magnitude and frequency.
Step 3: Next, we simulate the model and collect the simulated data.
Step 4: Next, we estimate the system frequency without PLL based on the collected simulation data.
Step 5: Then, we analyze the voltage stability, small-signal and impedance analysis using the collected simulation data.
