Implementation Plan:

Step 1: Initially,we will collect and load data from Ethereum Fraud Detection dataset

Step 2: Then, we pre-process the data using SMOTE, and ADASYN to balance the data distribution priority.

Step 3: Next, we perform Heterogeneous blockchain Interoperability using Data Standardization Module (DSM) technique to securely transfer the data.

Step 4: Next, we optimize the Cross-chain Parameters using RNN-DEW algorithm with SMPTC3 protocol.

Step 5: Next, we detect the attack using bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) with PSO algorithm to analyze transaction patterns.

Step 6: Next, we securely transfer the assets using a pre-adaptor signature scheme into the UCCPB functions based on collected data.

Step 7 : Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:

7.1: Number of Transactions Vs. Transaction Accuracy (%)
7.2: Number of Transactions Vs. Transaction Latency (s)
7.3: Number of Transactions Vs. Detection Accuracy (%)
7.4: Number of Transactions Vs. Communication overhead (bytes)
7.5: Number of Transactions Vs. Transaction Throughput (Transactions/sec)
