Performance Analysis of Medical Image Registration Of Optical Mapping Dataset Using MIRT ToolBox

Project workflow:

Ø Initially, we load and collect images from pig_evolve.npy Dataset.
Ø Then, we register two images using B-spline based Medical Image registration toolbox MIRT.
Ø Next, we pre-process the registered images to measure similarities.
Ø Next, we perform the Transformation and deformation process to optically make frames for analysing the images.
Ø Next, we implement the Gradient Descent algorithm to optimize the images.
Ø Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
1. Number of Epochs vs. Accuracy (%)
2. Number of Epochs vs. Precision(%)
3. Number of Epochs vs. F1 score(%)
4. Number of Epochs Vs. Recall(%)
