Performance Analysis of Control Integration of a GaN Based Current Source Inverter Using SVM
Implementation Plan
Step 1: Initially, we construct a complete Gallium Nitride (GaN) based Current Source Inverter (CSI) electrical power circuit with SVM
Step 2: Then, we simulate the model and collect electrical data like currents, voltages and power data
Step 3: Next, we integrate the existing Space Vector Modulation (SVM) control algorithm with the CSI power stage and analyze control-to-power-stage interaction based on collected data.
Step 4: Next, we analyze all ideal connections and galvanic switch models impact on current commutation, losses, and waveform quality using the collected data.
Step 5: Next, we detect numerical stability and convergence by parasitic parameters based on the simulation collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we evaluate performance metrics for the following:
6.1: Time Vs. Current (A)
6.2: Time Vs. Voltage (V)
6.3: Time Vs. Power(kwh)
6.4: Time Vs. Switching Loss (%)

Note:
1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance. Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
2) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
3) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
4) Project based on Simulation only.
