Modeling and Simulink of Channel Estimation in UAV and IRS Integrated Communication System
Implementation plan:

Step 1: Initially, we will create an Environment with 50 => Users, 2 => UAV, 1 => IRS and 2 => Base stations.
Step 2: Then, we estimate the channel based on AI using Hybrid GRU-MDNN Algorithm.
Step 3: Next, we perform Adaptive Quantization of IRS Phase Shifts approach with an STM estimator.
Step 4: Next, we enhance the UAV Security by following ways such as
Step 4.1: Here, we evaluate the Risk and mitigate the threat.
Step 4.2: Here, we constraint the UAV with operational techniques.
Step 4.3: Here, we calculate the Channel gain between UAV and Users.
Step 5: Next, we extract the Features using the Dual-Stream Efficient Channel Attention Module (DSECA) and Classify and decode the data using Dual-Stream Feature Fusion Module (DSFFM) with Lightweight Convolution Module (LCM).
Step 6: Next, we allocate the resource using the Regression-Critic Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (RC-DDPG) technique.
Step 7: Next, we optimize the CSI and other training parameters to maximize the overhead Management.
Step 8: Next, we decode the data using the parameters such as Received Signal, Optimized IRS Phase Shift matrix and Classified Modulation Type.
Step 9: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
9.1: SNR (DB) vs. Mean Capacity (bps/Hz)
9.2: Time (ms) vs. Magnitude of CIR (dB)
9.3: Number of Iterations vs Received SNR (dB)
9.4: SNR (dB) vs RMSE
9.5: SNR (dB) vs Spectral efficiency (bps\Hz)
