Modeling and Simulation of Optimization of Solar Cells using SCAPS 1D
Implementation Plan:
—————————
Step 1: Initially, we utilize the input parameters, material properties from requirements provided for solar cell structures.
Step 2: Then, we simulate the solar cell configurations in the single shot Simulation mode.
Step 3: Next, we export the result data from the simulation.
Step 4: Next, we train the data using the PINN with Random Forest Regression and GA algorithms to optimize the data.
Step 5: Finally, we plot the following performance
5.1 : Energy Band Diagram graph
5.2 : J -V graph
5.3 : Carrier Concentration graph
5.4: Electrostatic Potential graph
5.5 : Number of Epochs Vs Accuracy (%) (Each Result Data)
5.6 : Number of Epochs Vs Loss (%) (Each Result Data)
Software requirement:
—————————
1. Development Tool: SCAPS 1D and Python
2. Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)

1) If the plan does not meet your requirements, provide detailed steps, parameters, models, or expected results in advance. Once implemented, changes won’t be possible without prior input; otherwise, we’ll proceed as per our implementation plan.
2) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
3) Project based on Simulation only, not a real time project.
4) If you have any changes in the Dataset , kindly provide before implementation.
5) Please understand that any modifications made to the confirmed implementation plan will not be made after the project development.
