Implementation Plan:

Step 1: Initially, we constructed a Simulink model of the transformer cooling system with centrifugal pump, VFD, motor, and PID controller.
Step 2: Then , we simulate the model and Collect the simulated data from the model.
Step 3: Next, we Analyze the thermal response and pump dynamics using the collected simulated data.
Step 4: Next, we detect the adjusted pump speed via the VFD using PID controller strategy based on collected data
Step 5: Next, we detect the faults using alarm triggers and fallback logic based on collected data.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics for following:
6.1: Time vs Pressure (Pa)
6.2: Time vs Speed (Hz)
6.3: Time vs Power (W)
6.4: Time vs Energy Consumption (J)
